- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆horrible, I'm working here from out of town, (southern illinois), there are no union banks in my hometown, in fact I never even heard of them, but went to cash my check, I knew it would be a fee, maybe $3-$5, but they told me $10, to cash a check, that's rediculous, should be against the Law, she said I could open an account, but when I go home next month it won't do me any good, besides I can't imagine what the fees would be to have an account with them if they charge that much to cash, i will just have to wait till I get home, would have been nice to have some cash, but I'll use my credit card till I get home, DISGUSTING how these banks are trying to rob us, even after our tax money was given to them as stimulusBy George Watkins, March 17, 2017
